Our school celebrated World Nature Conservation Day to spread awareness about protecting nature and conserving natural resources. The programme began with a special morning assembly where students spoke about the importance of forests, wildlife, water, and biodiversity.
An awareness rally and poster-making activity were organized to encourage students to adopt eco-friendly habits. Students also took a pledge to save trees, reduce plastic use, conserve water, and keep the environment clean. Teachers highlighted the need for sustainable living and inspired everyone to contribute towards a greener future.
The celebration helped students understand that every individual has a role in protecting nature. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving everyone motivated to work together for a healthier and more sustainable planet.
