Workshop for Teachers: "Health and Wellness of School Going Children"

Teaching Staff precisely primary and tgt of Himalaya Public School attended two days workshop on Health and Wellness of school going children.Resource person Ms. Anupama Bhardwaj (Principal Jain Bharati Mrigavati Vidyalaya) and Ms. Neeraj Vohra (Principal St. Froebel School) conducted an insightful,informative and knowledgeable workshop.

Day 1 and 2 began with lamp lightning,a prayer,dance performances and speech by Principal mam Ms.Aruna Sivaraj. Eleven themes viz.. Growing Up Healthy, Understanding mental health and emotions, Developing healthy habits and so on were discussed in all.The general problems among the students were done through various case studies.Enthusiastic faculties had participated and discussed case studies through role play, skit, drama, nukkad natak, speeches.

Resource persons zealously appreciated all the faculties for their efforts and participation.
