Human Chain for Swachch Delhi

A remarkable Human Chain for Swachch Delhi was organized by the students of Himalaya Public Sr. Sec. School on 22nd August 2025 to promote the message that cleanliness is next to godliness. The event aimed to inspire collective responsibility towards maintaining cleanliness and preserving the environment.

The occasion was graced by the Hon’ble Chief Guest, Shri Raja Iqbal Singh, Mayor of MCD, who commended the students for their enthusiastic participation and commitment to the cause of a cleaner and greener Delhi. The students stood united, forming an extensive human chain that symbolized solidarity, awareness, and civic responsibility.

Through this initiative, the students not only demonstrated their sense of social duty but also motivated others to contribute towards building a Clean and Green India. The event concluded with a pledge to continue spreading awareness about cleanliness and hygiene as essential components of a healthy and prosperous society.
