A special Health and Meditation Session was organized in our school on 6th October to promote awareness about physical fitness, mental well-being, and healthy living among students. The session aimed to inspire students to adopt a balanced lifestyle through regular exercise, proper nutrition, and mindfulness.
The program began with a short talk on the importance of maintaining good health and managing stress through meditation. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students participated in various breathing exercises, stretching activities, and guided meditation, which helped them relax and focus their minds.
Our Principal appreciated the students for their active participation and emphasized the significance of maintaining both physical and mental health in daily life. The session concluded with a reflective meditation, leaving everyone rejuvenated and motivated to lead a healthier lifestyle.
The Health and Meditation Session proved to be a refreshing and enriching experience, reinforcing our school’s commitment to the holistic growth and well-being of every student.
