Competitions Organized by the National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Delhi

The National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Regional Campus, Delhi, organized several competitions at the national and international levels. Various activities such as Rail Making App Development, Poetry Recitations, Painting Competitions, and Street Plays were conducted as part of the event.

The chief guest for the program was Mr. Ravi Aggarwal, the Chairman of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). The guests of honor included Mr. Pramod Seth, the Administrator and Member of CBDT, Mr. Sanjay Bahadur, Director General of Training, and Mr. Ashok Pandey, Principal Chief Commissioner of Delhi.

Students from the Himalaya School, under the guidance of Mr. Naveen Vachha, gave an outstanding performance in the street play competition. Among 3300 schools, Himalaya Public Senior Secondary School, Rohini, secured the second position at the national level.

Through this street play, the students effectively raised awareness about the importance of taxes, their utility, and the need for people to contribute to the tax system. Their efforts were highly appreciated, and their performance earned them the second position at the national level. This achievement is a moment of great pride for all of us.
