Ambedkar Jayanti

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar rightly said – "Cultivation of mind should be the ultimate aim of human existence".
Dr.Ambedkar was a man of many virtues. He was a jurist, economist, politician, and a social reformist. He was a man of social substance who became India's first ever Independent Law Minister and Principal Architect of the Indian Constitution.

To pay tribute to his benefactions, Ambedkar Jayanti was celebrated with full zeal. On 13th April, a special assembly was conducted to commemorate his teachings and works.

Students conveyed speeches memorising Ambedkar's efforts to eradicate social evils like untouchability and caste restrictions. During the assembly, students came forward to vocalize his life chronicle and his contribution to the upliftment of lower caste people. The pledge was led, in order to honour and commemorate the countless contributions of Dr B R Ambedkar in making the present independent India. The whole ambience of the School was reverberating with the joy of festivity and rejuvenation.

The School Principal, Ms. Aruna Sivaraj, apprised the students about the procurements and interesting facts of Dr. Ambedkar and motivated them to act in accordance with Babasaheb's footsteps and inculcate his values in their lives to achieve their aim and uplift the society.
